Described as 'the sourcebook on every aspect of Alaskan life' - and the authors were acknowledged experts on Alaska in their day. viii, [1], two-page map, 243 pages including an index. Large, dedicated inscription, signed by both authors and dated 1959, to the half title page. Bright, white pages. Unmarked except for old ownership details to the ffep. Binding is tight, hinges sound. Deep blue cloth shows no wear. The unclipped dustjacket is clean and bright with some light wear to the edges. This book is too heavy to qualify for the rate shown which applies only to 500g or less, and/or under 20mm thick. ABE is unable to calculate correct rates because its system is unaware of the actual weight or dimensions of the shipment or the exact details of the distance/location to be shipped. The 'estimate' shown is not a guaranteed rate. ABE shows the same rate for ALL shipments no matter the weight/size or destination. When a destination is known we will calculate the best options - and notify you. No obligation to purchase.
